Terms and Conditions

• Available for online purchase at www.siamamazingpark.com only. Orders must be placed and completed by 10:00 PM at least 2 days prior to the selected visit date.
• Valid for guests with a height of 131 cm or above.
• Ticket includes one day of unlimited access to the Water Park and Amusement Park, along with entry to the CLICK at Siam Amazing Park event with 1 Activity Passport, 1 Sticker Sheet, 1 Key Chain (random design), 1 Postcard (random design), and 1 Jisoo Postcard (redeemable in accordance with the specified terms and conditions).
• Upon successful payment, a confirmation email containing your Confirmation Number will be sent to your registered email address.
• On the day of your visit, please present your confirmation email at the ticketing counter at the main entrance to redeem your park entry ticket and collect your SUPER CLICK coupon. The  coupon must be redeemed by 5:00 PM at the CLICK Entrance redemption point located at Pleasure Street, next to the carousel. Failure to redeem within this timeframe will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the benefit.
• Passport stamp collection: Collect the required number of stamps and have your Passport officially stamped to redeem your Jisoo Postcard. Once the Postcard has been redeemed, the Passport cannot be reused. If stamp collection is incomplete or the Postcard has not yet been redeemed, guests may re-enter the activity area on a future visit, provided a valid Water Park + Amusement Park admission ticket is presented.·          

• Tickets are valid on the selected date only (13 Sep – 15 Nov 2026) and must be used on the specified date. Date changes are not permitted under any circumstances. Failure to visit on the selected date will be considered a forfeiture of the ticket.
• If the activity ticket was not purchased together with the Water Park and Amusement Park admission ticket, it may be purchased separately at the standard price at the entrance ticketing point only.
• Food and beverages from outside vendors are strictly not permitted inside the Water Park or Amusement Park under any circumstances.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse entry in the event of an incorrect ticket type or failure to present required documentation.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
• The Company reserves the right to temporarily close the CLICK at Siam Amazing Park activity zone under unsuitable weather conditions.
• Water Park closes at 5:00 PM. Amusement Park closes at 6:00 PM. CLICK at Siam Amazing Park closed at 5.30 PM.
